Before around 2013 in the mid 150s:
This past weekend at around 135:
I got down in 2014 but it slowly built back up to 140s in 2015-2016.
Some of you guys are huge I don't think I can get like that. I have a hard time putting gained weight into muscle so in order to look more chiseled I have to drop weight.
*Update* 6/22. Did RFL diet starting on 6/11/17 at the inspiration of lsu777, Hu Flung Pu and other posters.

I will say this, first time on psmf I have experience extreme low blood sugar. Today was second day back after a 36 hour diet break. Had to eat some Oreos or I would have passed out. Dunno why but no workout for me tonight but did cardio this morning and legs at lunch.

I just got done with my workout and I'm worn the frick out.
DC training
Incline bench 225 for 15 total
DB military 60 for 16 total
CG bench 135 10 total ( way too worn out here)
Pullups no weight 20 total
Deadlift 2x6 of 315
45 second pull-up hold
Feeler workout to test weights. I need to get a damn fan for my garage gym. Holy shite.
DC training

Screw it, I came a long way. Went through a bad depression and put on a lot of weight. Left pic I was around 250. Pic on the right, I'm about 210. My weight prior to the depression and just really unhealthy habits, was around 220-225. I wasn't working out often, and then I just went to shite for a while. Now I am in the best shape I've been in since high school, but even better. Hope I never go through anything like that again.
Inspired by a lot of you guys posting in here, always cool to see people make so much progress. I am not quite as lean as the bottom pic currently, but not far off at all. I am about 215 now. I'll probably be back at 210 in around 2 weeks. I think with my frame 200lbs would be perfect, so that is what I'm shooting for.

Damn man that's very lean looking for 210. You must be around 6'2''. Even at 250 doesn't look bad.

Yea, I'm 6'2. That 250 was pretty bad, could barely run a quarter mile at the time without feeling like death.

No sport outside of crossfit (not really a sport, I know) and the occasional flag football and basketball games
