Been okay. Need to get my diet under control. I'm stronger now than I ever was though.

That's good. Eating right is damn near impossible.

Do the RFL diet with me. I need other people to be miserable like me.

Did it last week and was miserable. Was going to do another round this week. Nope.

It's REAL easy diet to follow but going to be very TOUGH mentally. lol
I'm going to do it though. I have a pretty strong willpower when I have an actual plan.

My RFL Diet outline. Green Beans is a place holder for whatever veggies I eat. I get lazy on diets like this with cooking so I opted for 2 shakes. I'll probably not do that everyday but will be the norm. Probably need to add in some Psyllium Husk or Metamucil for fiber.
Category 2. 1.25 of LBM, 10 fish oil pills a day, EC stack 3x a day, and a gallon of water.

Yeah you're before pic is about where I am now, (good overall build but needing some fat loss and tuneups) and after is where I'd like to get to.
Keto? Other?
Just use avatar and slowly lose the weight. For lifting I suggest the greyskull method using the LCI approach detailed here

Sabi you are category #1 so they really kick up the protein but you get no refeeds or cheat meals. Bus you are a cat #2 you you get some more breaks in the form of refeeds and cheat meals.
Sabi you asked earlier what it is. Rapid fatloss handbook diet is a version of the protein sparing modified fast diet(psmf).
Psmf is often referred to as protein strictly mother fricker.
Essentially nothing but extremely lean meats/protein powder and fish oil. Read the book if you have more questions, well skim it at least
LINK
Btw cut back on volume of lifting sessions and walking for cardio only pretty much.
