Screw it, I will play...

34yr old
5'6
Normal weight for me is 150-153... every year once football/hunting season hits i completely stop meal prepping and eat whatever i want and let myself go. Why? I dont know.. maybe it is because i love eating during holidays, maybe it is because i love the new challenge of losing the weight every january for summer. But either way, this was from 2016 from jan-may progress. Did carb cycling. 2nd pic is from july last year 7th month progress from first pic.

Edit to add pic from this year. Been bulking some instead of cutting. This is from a month ago [/URL]

Thanks man.. i honestly do the same dam thing every freaking year though. And every january i hate myself asking WHY . I guess i love punishing myself. If i stuck with it year round there is no telling what i could do. But literally every fall i just say screw it.. its football/holiday/hunting season im enjoying this time and eat whatever i want and dont track anything

Gotta live some time man. I can never seem to put together a full year. However, I stay in pretty good shape. I'm 5'9" 168. When it comes down to it though, I don't want to look back and say I stressed at a family Christmas party about how much gumbo I could eat....so I just eat during that part of the year. The key for me is it's so easy to be good 5 days a week. I bring my lunch every day and I eat the same breakfast of 3 eggs and a cup of oats every morning.

Yep, i usually stick to a strict meal prep high protein, low carb mon-fri. Then on weekends eat whatever. Keeps me sane

Dude you are fricking crushing it. Look awesome.

And yea we live the same life pretty much, fall I eat what I want and then come January I start killing the gym. This year and last year though I have been trying to crush my big lifts to stack muscle. Seems to be working as this has been the easiest cut ever

I went through and read this entire post. It got me motivated to start back meal prepping. Really let myself go with what I eat and drink. Luckily I've stayed committed to the gym so hopefully it'll be a bit easier this time around.

Thanks y'all

Day 2 on RFL. Down from 206 to 202.8. Probably 100% water since I about died lifting yesterday with no fan in the garage gym.

Day 3 on RFL 202.8 to 201.4

Had a little too much fat but kept calories consistent.
