Normal weight for me is 150-153... every year once football/hunting season hits i completely stop meal prepping and eat whatever i want and let myself go. Why? I dont know.. maybe it is because i love eating during holidays, maybe it is because i love the new challenge of losing the weight every january for summer. But either way, this was from 2016 from jan-may progress. Did carb cycling. 2nd pic is from july last year 7th month progress from first pic.

Gotta live some time man. I can never seem to put together a full year. However, I stay in pretty good shape. I'm 5'9" 168. When it comes down to it though, I don't want to look back and say I stressed at a family Christmas party about how much gumbo I could eat....so I just eat during that part of the year. The key for me is it's so easy to be good 5 days a week. I bring my lunch every day and I eat the same breakfast of 3 eggs and a cup of oats every morning.

Yep, i usually stick to a strict meal prep high protein, low carb mon-fri. Then on weekends eat whatever. Keeps me sane

Life's too short to eat like a monk 24/7/365.

Dude you are fricking crushing it. Look awesome.
And yea we live the same life pretty much, fall I eat what I want and then come January I start killing the gym. This year and last year though I have been trying to crush my big lifts to stack muscle. Seems to be working as this has been the easiest cut ever

I went through and read this entire post. It got me motivated to start back meal prepping. Really let myself go with what I eat and drink. Luckily I've stayed committed to the gym so hopefully it'll be a bit easier this time around.
Thanks y'all

Day 2 on RFL. Down from 206 to 202.8. Probably 100% water since I about died lifting yesterday with no fan in the garage gym.

Day 3 on RFL 202.8 to 201.4
Had a little too much fat but kept calories consistent.

wait until you get a whoosh and you loose like 5-8 lbs over night.

I had a fairly big "whoosh" on the first day dropping almost 5 lbs.
