Building bigger biceps

My New Year's Resolution is to get into incredible shape overall, but I really want to focus on my arms. Is doing a couple hundred curls a day for a month going to increase the size of my biceps?

As long as they're done in the squat rack

Or standing in front of the dumbbell rack to watch yourself in the mirror.

In general, if you can do a lot of reps of something; it means you aren’t going to see muscle growth. You’ll just train for endurance.
If you want to build muscle, you need to eat enough to gain and challenge your muscles by lifting heavier weights than they’re used to. 3 sets of 8-12 reps done over about 40-60 seconds per set. Give adequate rest. So always allow about 48 hrs rest per muscle group. IMO.
You’ll see a noticeable improvement in a month or so. Other people will notice after a few months, but it takes a lot of dedication to continue to progress. Plateaus suck, but with consistency you can break through. It takes a lot of work to gain muscle, but hardly any time to lose it.

Your biceps should get a good workout on back day.

Generally…
Higher reps = muscles get bigger
Lower reps = muscles get stronger

It can if you’re straining and lifting to failure with proper form but your muscles need calories to grow.
You will need to be in a calorie surplus with lots of protein.

Generally if people are looking for arm size I recommend focusing on triceps. Survivor getting stronger in the close grip/reverse grip bench press, close grip pushup and dips.
For biceps only I recommend frequency method chins working up to like hundred reps a day. Also rope climbs are amazing for bicep growth.
