I injured my rib cage muscles/intercostal stuff and physical therapist said 8-12 weeks for a full recovery.

When I sneezed it felt like I had a broken rib. Could barely turn the wheel of my car without pain. 10 days into it I started taking BPC/TB and immediately noticed a difference. At day 21 I was back playing 9 holes after initially being 8-12 weeks.

The night I increased my dose I woke up the next morning with no pain. That was at about day 15. Less than a week later I’m playing golf like nothing happened.

I've seen good results. Grade 2 hamstring pull, somewhat direct injections over 2-3 weeks and back to full strength. Also, I've seen it do well for someone with some minor gastro issues.

I’m fortunate to not have any lingering injuries at 50ish even though I still play sports like basketball with 20 year olds and other semi intense exercise.

I’ve been hearing about BPC for a while and will probably have a need at some point. I’ve wondered if it would be good to take for general injury prevention and more youthful ligament health.

Yes. Lots of folks use it for general health and support for activity (sports, weight lifting, etc..) and not just for injury recovery. Here's some information about that sort of use: Article
