Does anyone have one? What is a good way to get better at accumulating calories? Muscle fatigue builds up very quickly for me.

6 sets
20 secs hard as frick
2:40 off
If you go hard in that 20 secs, you would need the full 2:40 to recover.

Don’t just worry about cals. Pick a set RPm or Watts and hold for a few minutes and build.

You'll never race with this one. I searched. Schwinn Aerodyne anyone? Crossfitters term, I think?

It's the AR-15 of stationary bikes.

You must be a doctor, thank you for the expert opinion.

I use mine as a warm up and cool down at easy pace just to get used to being on it and the resistance. I found it has helped for when I do workouts on it other days
