i wouldnt expect some big jump in energy.

are you sleeping 8 hours per night and in a deep sleep?

if you are getting the morning wood from it, you are at saturation dose more than likely.

no you wont get 8 hours of deep sleep. just meant in general getting 8 hours and are you actually getting into deep sleep

sounds like you are. the TRT should be giving you more energy, better mood, motivation, sex drive etc.

I use a boron supplement but also take additional vitamins and supplements e1ch day. I added boron about 4-5 months ago. I noticed nothing different except a more yellow urine tint so I am just using up the rest of them daily.

Correct me if I’m wrong, but that’s from riboflavin. Is your supplement boron + riboflavin?

If you are doing this, then you should be having blood work done to test your levels. Track you Free T, that is what is going to go up.

If you still lack energy, boost your T shots up. 100 is pretty low dose once a week.

What was your last Total and Free T numbers?

Try upping to 15mg taken first thing in morning all at once.

Started taking this a few weeks ago and felt it the first day. Stopped taking it for a week when out of town for easter and took it again earlier this week and it def made a difference. It definitely Gives me a little more energy but it is not “clean”. Little bit of i drank too much pre-workout feeling and don’t go to sleep as easily. Been taking it 2x a day.

Frick. I started it a little while ago and have not been sleeping well. Glad I came across this. I didn't consider it could be the Boron.

Kind of a relief. I thought I was having some sort of nervous breakdown.

For me, boron plus zinc makes a difference.
