Who the frick are you in real life?!?!
I'm a 37 year old who is trying to be healthy and enjoys powerlifting and strongman.
It's Christmas. If stuff works for you, awesome. With all these concepts, the only real test is on yourself.
Beyond that, people have different views on these things. People in here obviously have different takes on things. I'd encourage you to seek out the stuff 777 has posted about the basis for his beliefs diet wise. Even if you wind up disagreeing, they should be interesting.
I do think part of this is this board doesn't have FAQ stickys. People (including myself) don't want to post A-Z on common topics when it's been said before. I've proposed the FAQ sticky idea so people who offer advice can just link their older opinions instead of new ones.

I just asked about Biohacking by anyone who believes they engage in biohaking. I started the thread and it’s a legit thing. Unless 777 has experience using TB500 and BPC157 in injury recover as a current athlete trying to get back on course for his next competition, I don’t think he should try to shed some light on something he has zero experience with!

I honestly don't care who you are. And you are new to the board so I am going to be nice and let you in on a secret, olewarskull is half insane and advocates drinking piss, literal piss for health.
I have no problem talking about keto, just don't make claims that aren't true and expect not to be called out on it. And keto is about as mainstream as it gets now lol.
And if you believe science hasn't evolved in the last 40 years you are helpless. Go read Martin berkham, Alan argin, Lyle McDonald, Eric helms, RP etc and get back to me.
Everything I have said is backed up by the best in the world and science is on my side, but go ahead and do your thing chief. If it working for you I encourage it.

Since when are we talking about peptides? where was that ever mentioned. If you wanna talk peptides I will be more then happy to do so but that is beyond the realm of this board Imo. Be more then happy to discuss a ton on email though.

I consider Peptides Biohacking, do you not?

Olewarskule pulled in the keto, snake diet stuff early. He's legitimately posted videos about not eating and only drinking your own urine for a week plus.
If you're new to the board, that's where a lot of this is from. Biohacking is one thing. Pushing pee drinking is another.
I have not been drinking my own urine, but I do feel I can still weigh in on the topic and its validity in normal life. I'm not a fan.
Most of us do have some experience. I've gone fairly low carb, tried other dietary modifications, did some prohormones when they were legal and currently use nootropics for brain health. I've got athletic accomplishments, but they don't really matter. It's more the validity of my ideas, not who I am.
I'm not really gonna contribute to the fast 72 hours and drink piss stuff, though. This thread got down that road, and that is easily the part of this board I like the least.

By letting you know who I am validates me as a source who has accomplished said things and can speak from real life experience in these fields. You’re nothing but a username who cuts and pastessaid workout plans and regurgitates scienctific “facts” you read somewhere. Sorry I’m “new to this site”, I’ve been out actually accomplishing things. But hey, you’re the guy who told TigerDroppings Health Board about the Grayskull Method, congrats savior!!!

TH and bpc maybe, the rest is simple hormone manipulation, no different then using any other hormones. Even with th and bpc the action is pretty direct and less about manipulation of any genes. They work good though.

But when everybody hides behind usernames and acts like they’re some incredible source why the frick would you listen to them as a legit “expert” on anything? I am the OP and my post was an input request from anyone who has any experience on Biohacking period the end. Then you have some so called “experts” who come in here and try to trash the idea of Biohacking. What the frick makes them an expert for all we know they’re some fat fricking loser who just likes talking shite online. By telling you to go look at a pic of me at least you can have a reference point and say, “Damn that dudes jacked the frick up, maybe he actually has some info that could get me to reach said goal”!

I think u are taking this a little personal. I didn't see where anybody came at you personally, just more at the subject. Lsu777 has a good deal of knowledge and openly shares what he has learned. I can tell u, he practices was he shares so he knows it works. So while he may ruffle some feather with his delivery its with good intentions.
If you are who you say you are then you should have good info to share as well from your experience, share if you wish. Plus you will be able see who posts crazy crap.
And you should know that posting with your real name is risky, especially when topics can be emotional. So u verify what is said or u discount it as crap.
Merry Christmas and Happy New Year!

I didn’t say you don’t know what you’re talking about, but I hav no idea who the frick you really are as a real person in real life. My name is Andy Chapman, google “Andrew Chapman Powershack” and you can see what I actually looked like when I was winning building body building competitions. Google a little more and you can see I had a professional mixed martial arts career, won a national championship in Jiu-Jitsu, and held the record for the most pin in the history of LA HS wrestling. Who the frick are you in real life?!?! Now I compete in Half Ironmans and Full Ironmans and the intermittent fasting helps both my endurance, my rest and recovery, and keeps my weight down. I’ve dealt with multiple injuries over the years and can testify to the benefits TB500 and BPC157 have on recovery. I don’t knock “whatever the frick it is LSU777 does”, I’m just saying don’t call all anything out of the mainstream as bullshite. OleWarSchool can talk about his experience with Keto Diet bc he’s done it for a while. We don’t come here to read someone repeating some bullshite science, which seem to believe hasn’t evolved over the past 40 years, we come to share our experiences with new health and diet methods.
This has to be one of the douchiest post on all of TD.com ever

Nevermind...you found a way to outdouche your previous post

Geez...this isn't Bodybuilding.com. There aren't a lot of meatheads here that care WTF you look like. Most people here just want to be in good shape and achieve that through whatever means works for them.
If you can't contribute to this place without turning it into a dick measuring contest then I suggest you move on.

Also, being in good shape yourself doesn't mean you know stuff.
There are some people doing important research on scientific principles in exercise that don't look like Mr. Olympia. On YouTube, there are people like VShreds who have minimal fitness knowledge, but look good, so people buy their BS.
Then you have some others who may not look like fitness models, but know their stuff.

The entire point of my OP was to see what experience people have with Biohacking. Besides OleWarSkule’s Keto life and 777’s shite talking about Biohacking being bullshite, I got zero information from anyone in 4 pages. I came seeking info and didn’t find much, but I had a guy y’all claim to be an expert write it all off as bullshite and you all just seemed to shake your heads like he knows what he’s talking about. The point is if you want to get on here and listen to a bunch of shite that somebody regurgitates from somewhere else so be it. I just figured someone who has accomplished shite through said experience would be more valuable. But once again, it is my fault for thinking this is the real world rather than someone online fantasy world where # of posts over time make you a credible source over someone who has actually done physical feats and lives the life.

I have no clue if this meets your Biohacking definition, but I have experience with various nootropics, supplements and recovery methods.
If you're legitimately interested in one of those topics, I'm happy to post about it. Special dietary approaches are the topic that's going to trigger the discussion you see in this thread, and there's thread after thread on this board that demonstrates that.

Your definition is really what I’m looking for more than different diet stuff. Sorry for whipping dick out in the process of just trying to acquire people’s experiences. I just got a little put off when 777 dismissed all Biohacking as marketing bullshite and everybody kinda agreed he was the expert.

Andy no homo you look good brother. Have you given thought to a full Keto runup to show instead of just during peak? There’s a couple people who have done it before. One of them claims natty and the other I’m sure is on gear. Not sure where you are at.

Thanks bud! I actually have not competed in bb in a while, I do long course triathlon stuff (Ironmans) now. While I don’t do Keto I can appreciate a lower carb diet and healthy fats, especially the fibrous ones. I like to have a glycogen store to feed off of to keep myself in HR Zone 2 most of the time. I do IF 8/16 and eat very low carb from noon-6, then fill my glycogen stores with healthy carbs like sweet potatoes and a lot of polyphenols from 6-8pm.
I do have several friends who’ve had a lot of success with the Keto diet in both the long and short term though. I have a buddy who does the endurance training with me that has been pretty religious about his Keto since May and has had great results, he plans on making it all the way to May this year, then adjusting to better meet training needs.
If I subscribe to any “diet” I guess the closest thing could be Tom Brady’s diet of 80/20 Alkaline based bc of its effects on fighting inflammation and seeing as how most nutrient and fiber rich food is pretty alkaline based anyway. I’ve experimented with Vegan before and am considering getting close to it again. I no political reasons for it, I was just in the best place I’ve ever been mentally and spiritually on it. But I ran a major iron deficiency in my training and it threw my race saeason off for couple months this past spring, so I’ll have to figure out a way to both meet my iron needs and keep my training regiment where I want it before going full on Vegan again.
