I read that you need 3-6g for like 4-6 weeks before it saturates your muscles and becomes effective. I’ve been taking it M-F but not on weekends so wondering if I’m just itching for no reason.

If done properly, is there a significant difference in the gym?

I wouldn't say significant but I've been taking it and will continue to keep adding it to my c4. It doesn't make me overly itchy like others report but may be because I've gotten used to it at this point

Is that the stuff that gives you the skin rush? I’m a big fan.

yep that's the stuff. I like it, I think I add about 800 mg to my preworkout and that's just enough to get me feeling good

I love it too.
Makes me itchy and that creates a mental adjustment and focus for me.
But for it to actually work is a different story.

If you aren’t dieting mostly right, sleeping right, drinking enough water, etc supplements won’t make you an elite athlete, but like others have mentioned it helps push you that day by getting in the gym and locking into that session or giving you the feeling. Over time that adds up with more days pushing yourself hard. I take it in podium fuse preworkout. Has it already mixed in. 3200mg per serving of pre.

if you like the feeling...take it.

if you dont, and dont run very long distance...dont waste your money. doesnt really do much for lifting.

like i said, if you like it, take it. its cheap AF like creatine.

Thanks. In the afternoon I dig the itching but at 5:30 am it’s a bit much. I would only continue it if 5 days a week was enough to saturate and if the saturation led to significant strength gains in the gym.
