General lifting and HIIT.

I don’t like nanos, don’t fit my feet well

I like Merrel Trail Gloves. Innov8 XF-210 are good too, but I like the toe box of the Merrel’s better.

The toe box is not made for a woman. I am a BIG guy and wear 13’s and they fit perfect.

My metcons are 1/2 smaller. They are versatile, like them a lot.

I love the Nano 6. They fit better and are more comfortable than my Metcons. Any of the other Nanos made after (7,8) were horrible. I may give the Nano 9 a shot tho.

Seriously - Vans.

I've used Innov8 and other trendy trainers but but Vans really work best. Flexible, wide toe box, gripy.

Metcons are the most versatile. There is a reason why they are the most popular workout shoe.

Couple workouts in but I like them a lot better than my nanos, feet feel more secure. Nanos were just too wide

Metcons are probably the better universal shoe for lifting and HIIT. I wear Romaleos for lifting. But those are strictly for lifting.
