Just eat less calories than you burn and lift weights.

ECA is all regulated, except for the NoDoz. Ephedra comes from Bronkaid and Primatene, which are legit meds.

Aspirin is Aspirin if you want to include that. If you're worried about risking it all on unregulated caffeine...ok. Caffeine is as safe as you get.

Look, diet and exercise make up 90% of your physical goals. But there are some legit supps that really do things, and ECA is one. Don't be stupid with it, it will increase body temp and heart rate because it's a stimulant, but it is overall fairly safe when used correctly.

Ok. ECA. How many times a day do you take this combination. Once a day or morning and early afternoon? Leaving the evening to eating something and being able to sleep.

Start in the morning when you'd usually do coffee.

I'd recommend a couple days at minimum of a single dose to see how it affects you. When you feel like you know that, add a second dose, maybe noontime.

You can do 3x a day without things getting too crazy, but slowly work your way to it. I'd highly recommend taking weekends off every week. Tolerance can build fast and you're more likely to exceed good doses when it does.

Thanks. I was even considering starting off, in the morning, with a half tab of bronkaid and caffeine and a baby aspirin. That in the morning then early afternoon.

I would take no later than 7 hours before bed, prolly should start no later than 8 hours before

I'd do a full dose in the morning to begin with instead of multiple half doses.

It is strong and lasts hours. Doing a full dose with at least 12-15 hours until bedtime gives you time to figure out how sensitive you are to it.

Even a half dose, if you aren't used to it, it will hit you hard. Unless you really need to be alert right up until bedtime, I think it's better to full dose it and gradually add doses when you get a sense of how long it takes you to process it.

Week 1&2 - Once a day (morning) Monday thru Friday take weekend off

Week 3&4 - Twice a day (morning, Lunch) Monday thru Friday take weekend off

Week 5&6 - Three times a day (morning, Lunch, at least 4 hours before bedtime) Monday thru Friday Take weekend off

that will get you through a whole box of Bronkaid. Take two weeks to a month off before starting another stack. Rinse repeat.

That's not a bad plan.

Personally, I'm not sure you need weeks or a month off unless your tolerance gets out of control. I would also recommend playing any increases in dosage by ear.

Cycling with Ephedra is not necessary, as it does not down-regulate the beta receptors like Clen does. I have actually read studies that have shown longer runs of Ephedra to be more beneficial.

I miss being able to get the good ephedra easily.... (if you still can help a baw out).

I did the diet and exercise routine (lost a decent bit) and had hit a wall. My brother said I should give ephedra a chance and oooooooohhhhh boy.

My biggest concern is if you can find it again does it show up on drug test?

Doesn't show up on a drug test as it's not a narcotics nor does it act like one.

It is sold over the counter at Wal greens as bronkaid. Get it and caffeine pills and there ya go.

Replace coffee with this and drink between lunch and dinner (curbs appetite)

The caffeine shouldn't be too much. Definitely not for me. I can barely feel it. I drink it twice a day.

Does it work like the (early 2000s) version? You know before people abused it? Id like to drop some weight but working out right now isn't a good option (cardio or lifting). Ive already started on the booze purge and am trying to get back into cooking. I know ephedra isn't a miracle pill but what i was taking in early 2000 was damn near one.

I wouldn't be looking to start it right away as i want to drop the 'alcohol' weight and start eating cleaner then use the ephedra.

Yep exactly the same just it's the hcl version instead of the extract and it's separate pills instead of everything combined into one.
