Does anybody have a good experience with a supplement that clears brain fog and provides focus. I see all these supplements on Facebook being promoted but you don’t know which, if any, are worth taking
Thanks

That's freaky. How did you know I was jerking off? Is my webcam on?

My morning wake-up and go (energy/focus) stack is a cup of black coffee combined with 1/2 tsp of Lion's Mane mushroom powder, 600 mg of Alpha GPC choline, 200 mg of L-theanine, and 250 mg of Bacopa Monnieri. I stay energized, alert, and focused btwn 6 and 8 hrs a day.

Meth keeps me energized a week at a time.
But on a serious note, coffee helps in the morning but I find if I move around more all day, the better my focus. If it's a slow day and I'm just at my desk, energy level falls. I'm sure if my sleep schedule were better, I'd be better off as well.
