In the words of 777, it's addictive AF.

Why? Nicotine in and of itself is a pretty good drug and no worse than taking 600 mgs of caffeine daily.

you can get nicotine w/o the tobacco:

3 or 6 mg and a multitude of flavors

always been known to be a great appetite suppressant and some studies shows raises metabolic rate, slightly

but

that whole being one of the most addicting substance on earth....just a little pesky detail

ftr someone can post a study to prove me wrong, but nothing raises metabolic rate like EC that is legal. nothing. 8% plus appetite suppressant is a big deal.

What’s EC again? (Ephedrine/Caffeine?)

Maybe I’m being harsh but those zyn things are trashy af not to mention the addictive properties. Apparently kids in HS/college are glorifying these nicotine pouches from posts I’ve seen on IG

That said, EC is the shite. Nothing works like it for me to get shredded and curb appetite. Started at 17 and have done it ever since on and off. I barely want to eat taking it

@pwej yes. You can get the ephedrine as Bronkaid in CVS but it’s behind the counter. I’ve used prolab caffeine (200mg/pill) for years. it’s around $7 for 100 pills on Amazon

I can stop caffeine whenever I want. Nicotine was slightly more challenging.

I quit both. Nicotine was physically harder. Caffeine was socially harder.

Not for me. It doesn’t affect me negatively at all—after the first week or so your body becomes accustomed to any negative sides like jitters etc.

I’ve tried yohimbine and I can barely operate taking that stuff. Makes me feel like crap and not even want to workout.

EC gives me a drive feeling where I want to be in the gym constantly

pretty much what Prox said for me too

i suggest people start with 100/12.5 and then titrate up as needed. start with a dose in the morning when you wake, and then another around 10.

you can add a third around 12/1pm as you plateau. dont take after 1

as the effects start to wear off and you need more, move 1st dose of the day to 200/25. then at next plateau move 2nd and finally third dose.

after that you can move 1st dose to 400/50 and then 2nd dose

at that point time to come off and reaccess.

you can add the following to help the cut

GDA- GLycohase is the best. We are looking for berberine, NA-R-ALA, Banaba Leaf (Corsolic acid) , & Gymnema Sylvestre. This will control blood sugar spikes. Think of it as an OTC Metformin without the shits.

Cortisol control- reduce xt by sns is the best imo

TTA + Rasberry Ketones- up to about 1500mg a day. Non stimulant thermogenic.

the above are not needed but can be added at pleatues to not raise EC dosage but continue to see extra results

if you need more than the above...well frick man...time to look at your self discipline, diet and exercise.

i have posted before how to lift 2-4x per week progressively, titrate up the walks/steps and how to set up the diet focusing only on calories and protein.

I'm about a week and a half into using the EC stack. I went straight to 25/200 twice a day, and it is working. Also trying to limit eating, obviously, but still get enough protein and carbs for workouts.

I do a Ratio brand keto-friendly yogurt and granola for breakfast, it is about 200 cal with 15g of fat and protein and only 2g carbs in the yogurt, and the granola adds 150 cal, 10g of fat, 8g of protein, and 7g of carbs. So all in, only 350 calories, 25g of fat, 23g protein, and 9g of carbs as my breakfast. That is at 6:30-6:45 when I wake up, and I don't eat again until around 1:00. That second dose of EC mid morning really helps. I haven't gone to using a 3rd dose yet, and might not. I was going to go for a month and see what my progress is. Probably come off it after that but may pick it up again through the holiday season.

I do too sometimes. They sell a 4 pack of the 15g one though, so I usually grab those. Some of the 25g flavors aren't that great. I can always find the vanilla 15g ones though.

I like the Ratio yogurt too. The Dannon Light and Fit Key Lime Pie and Strawberry Cheesecake are really good as well at 80 cal 12g protein.

It tastes way better IMO. I've never seen Key Lime flavor myself. I'd sure like to.

its a high protein yogurt that taste good AF

because these are the macros and its the best tasting yogurt i have ever had.

25g version

they also have a 28g version. cals are 200 per 2/3 cup serving.

as far as vs the triple zero 20g protein version...they are about the same as triple zero has 20g in 140cals. so the ratio is a little higher protein percentage. Both are great though.
