Hot rumor is Bang only has trace amounts of creatine and amino acids. But that is from the lawsuit monster filed against them.

just tried the Reign carnival candy and Blue Razz this week. I thought it was better than bang. less carbonated and a tad more energy, smooth drink

Internet said trace amounts, so not much.
Only place I saw Reign was at Publix. But next time I put gas will have to check Racetrak or Wawz
