If somebody is bigger or stronger than me I assume that they're on steroids.

You have to ask to see their peen. If it's tiny then they are most likely on the juice. It's not foolproof but it's highly accurate.

Yeah it's tiny but when I was on the juice the nut shrinkage made it look proportional

What, exactly, are you falling behind in? Bodybuilding competitions? Strongman competitions?

Do you just have to be the strongest guy at the gym?

If you can verify the guys stronger than you are on steroids, you're good with them being stronger than you?

If they're stronger than you and they are not on steroids, will you feel better being stronger than them by taking steroids?

Not really sure what your motivation is here.

That being said, to answer your question about how much you can truly lift natural, you can lift a metric shite ton. You're just not going to do it while maintaining a superhero physique. If you want to lift more than just about anybody at the gym (there is always someone stronger than you, get over it), you can probably do it naturally. If you want to do that while looking like pre-End Game Thor, gonna need some tren.

I can pretty much guarantee you aren't capped at your natural limit. If you want to get stronger, eat way more and lift heavier. That's not easy, which is why people use steroids instead.

I've never had to ask.

Yikes. Is this unavoidable with TRT?

40+ dudes with a ton of vascularity, very easy to tell.

More power to them, I'll be right there with them once my native T is shot.

Same here. I’m 47, but my numbers were in the middle range for normal. If/when it drops I’m definitely going to take advantage of testosterone therapy.

That's meaningless, especially if your doctor provides the scale. One jack wagon told me normal was between 150 and 1200. LOLZ. What was your T ten years ago, compared to now (I know you don't know, but it's probably higher than you think.) You can usually subtract 20+ points for each year a dude has been married.

this has nothing to do with TRT btw.

that is due to genetics and BF%

the TRT helps with the BF% though

as far as OP is concerned...you are not in competition with anyone but yourself....and who cares what other people do

Well that's not true.

TRT increases red blood cell volume, can cause vasodilation, can increase vein wall thickness, sometimes increase blood pressure, all things that will increase vascularity notably.

Body fat and muscle mass obviously play a role in vascularity as well, and you can be vascular and not be on steroids. But all things equal, someone on TRT is going to be more vascular than the same person not on TRT. And extreme vascularity, especially in someone over 40+, is a pretty good indicator even if not fool proof.

it can increase red blood cell volume, i forgot about that, but it also can raise water retention which usually can decrease vascularity

i know for me personally im not any more vascular than i was but to be fair, my before was very early 30s so maybe that is why. i still have to get down pretty low BF% to get to see veins anywhere outside of my forearm where i have always had veins

but i guess you are right and i didnt think about that

still dont understand why people care what others are doing. its not a competition unless you are playing sports and getting paid to do so.

You quite literally directly contradicted yourself in 3 sentences. Impressive stuff

You care what other people are doing. We all care, it’s called human existence

i dont give two fricks what someone uses to look their best. that female low T bullshite. Its the same thing as females that worry if someone else had botox or surgery...who gives AF?

its less human existence and more an internet thing where people that have low self esteem attack others to try and make themselves feel better....you are the king of that

I don't even consider someone on trt to be 'juicing'. trt is childs play. Its just replacing something that you have naturally that is deficient.

Not sure why people are so triggered in this thread.

I was considering running the drug protocol the Bulgarian weightlifting team did during the 70’s and 80’s!

yea i mean i literally dont even let my levels get above high normal for my age group. its 140mg a week split into two shots for me. Avg for my age(early 40s) is ~500 and i keep my levels around 750 which is within normal range for my age group.

now my free test is high cause i take 15mg boron and it works for me.

as far as people being triggered, alot people see the huge guy in the gym and believe him when he says trt only not understanding...that guy means at the moment while he is on a cruise

but again...if someone wants to use more than i do or is jacked...im not jealous....i might pick his brain on programming or diet but nothing more

but i understand im not normal too as I workout in a home gym so im not comparing myself to others and sure as frick aint coming on the internet trying to compare myself because that is a losing battle. normal guys arent posting about their 225 PR in bench usually. if i start going down the internet rabbit hole...i would think a 405 bench sucks and if you dont have a 14" dick you are not a man.

for some reason though, social media of any kind brings this out. insecurity at its finest.
