You can use any fitness center enrolled in their program for $29 dollars a month.

No financial transaction happens between you and the gym?

The gyms bill Tivity Health then Tivity Health bills you? Is that correct?

I tried but the gym that I wanted to go to wouldn’t take it. They said they only got paid per workout and the people who used it hardly ever went.

ETA: it may not have been exactly what you are talking about but it was some deal through Blue Cross.

I used to use it when I had BCBS. Pretty straightforward if you like one of the gyms included with the plan. Never had any issues

I used it back when I was on BCBS. It was a pretty good deal, but I do recall the gyms that took it seemed to fluctuate greatly. I had a couple gyms convenient to my home and office that were on the list when I originally signed up. Within 6 months, none of those gyms were taking it any more.

I remember one nice thing about it was that it was nationwide, so if you were traveling, you could look up a gym in the network that was close to where you were staying and use it.

I use it and like it. I mostly go to the same gym now but last year with covid it let me go to different one's while mine wasn't open.

Correct all you do is show them your membership and you're good to go.

I use Fitness Your Way through BCBS and Tivity. Its great. I get billed $29/month, directly drafted from my bank account, and I have access to Anytime, Planet, and any local gym that participates.

What I've done in the past, is I call the gym to find out if they participate. If they do, then I go there, and fill out the necessary paper work (be sure to bring your Tivity ID card), and bada bing bada boom, gym access.

ETA: Its basically like paying for an Anytime membership, but with other options as well. In the Lake Charles area, we have a couple really nice Anytime Fitness', and before it was torn down because of the damage from the hurricane, LC Fitness was also a member, as well as Dinamic Dimensions in Moss Bluff and Sulphur, and a small gym connected to a rehad facility, which are all back up and running.

Cigna is my insurance provider but they have a similar program and I use it. The Anytime Fitness near my house accepts it so I'm pretty much covered anywhere.

I just checked mine and there are about 6 gyms within 5 miles of me that accept the Cigna membership. Just enrolled. I had been putting off joining a gym until I move into a new place here but I need to stop making excuses.

I've maintained a CrossFit membership at various gyms just over 6 years now, but never dropped Tivity Fitness Your Way. It's great for when I travel, when I'm not able to make dedicated class times, and when I was going in to the office.

LA Fitness no longer appears on the gym locator, but I called several weeks ago and I'm grandfathered in with them. They have a flagship location that recently opened in a neighboring town that I've been to twice now and is pretty nice. I've also been to Fitness Connection a few times and was surprised at how nice it is.
