Inflammation alone is enough reason to want to completely eliminate seed oils from diet this isn't even factoring in all the other stuff.

Inflammation is often presented as fact but is contrary to the actual evidence.

Then just go on a diet full of seed oils since they have no negative effects.

I’ve tried and also found it impossible. Got to do the carnivore diet which I’m not willing to do.

I was holding steady with carnivore for months...until Walmart and Aldi went from ribeyes at $11/lb yo $16/lb. With ribeyes 4-5 times a week I can do it. Ive taken a break and and just mostly carnivore now....with arthritis also now back

They're roasted using seed oils. By the logic in this thread, they should be avoided. What am I missing?

Touche'. Thought you were referring to the almond itself. You are 100% correct though that you should avoid eating nuts bathed in processed seed oils.

The same John’s Hopkins that said the Covid vaccine would prevent the spread of Covid right? Just making sure we’re on the same page

They were wrong regarding a novel virus, so disregard everything they say? Pretty weak reasoning

You guys post these things as fact. I just asking you to give some evidence that supports it. Obviously you have something if your position is this firm

Not that they were wrong. That they KNEW they were wrong and doubled, tripled, and quadrupled down on being wrong and lied about it

Well I’m still confused, when are we to believe these guys who have a history of lying and when are we to not?

When it’s convenient for us? Please advise

Ok, here's two meta analyses that contradict the claim. Please provide your proof. This should be easy

There’s tons of it but it goes against the views of traditional medicine so it isn’t going to be published by traditional medical journals. This isn’t that hard man.

My personal opinion is I’m not really convinced either way, but there COULD be some serious side effects to seed oils so just try to limit them as much as possible. Anybody that says they know for sure (ie traditional medicine which you continue to reference) is full of shite. We really have very little idea, yet questioning it makes you some “science denier.”

Which in and of itself is bullshite as science is never settled and it’s called a hypothesis for a reason
