I use a diffuser plate under my ceramic pizza stone and ensure the egg is properly preheated. I cook around 400F though

re: Avocados? Anyone growing?

Mine was in a pot and grew to about 4 ft tall. I grew it from a seed. I remember reading a few years after I started growing it that I needed a graft. I left it alone because it was a good looking little tree. I got a little careless last winter in the cold. I might try to grow another

A few years back I also decided to try to grow a pineapple. It produced the sweetest pineapple I have ever eaten, but it took almost 2 years. I'll just keep buying pineapples at the grocery store for $2. After growing one, I'm amazed at how cheap they are.

I grew a hass tree but it died in the cold last year. It was around 5 years old and never produced.
Green bean casserole. I still gag to this day.

They lost patek a couple of years ago. Wonder what the story is w them losing these manufacturers

Dang, I had no idea they lost Patek and Rolex. They never could pick up Rolex in baton rouge, and they lost breitling to Lee Michaels.

I wear a Grand Seiko and they were the only dealer in the area. I see there's a boutique in canal place now. I wonder if they lost grand Seiko too.
They make really good watches, but so do other manufacturers. Rolex is great at marketing

I have the rogue jammer, but it requires mounting with lag screws into the header. It's really well built

Yeah, 2025 is pretty rough and the forecast for 2026 doesn't look any better
Similar thing happened at St John Primary in Prairieville a couple years ago. Principal in his first year was very quickly let go. I still haven't heard an explanation as to what happened.

Can you elaborate on this? I was considering getting a 30" for next year. I have about 10000 sqft of grass and I currently use a Honda hrn.
Edgar came to my house to assess damage after a hail storm and seemed like a decent guy. His opinion was that the damage wasn't enough to file an insurance claim. Seemed pretty honest to me as other companies were trying to get me to sign agreements with them.

The owner of tri21 roofing posts here and also seems like a decent person.

After that hailstorm, seemed like premier south replaced a lot of roofs in my neighborhood. I spoke with a rep from premier south and decided I didn't want to do business with them when he said "I can get you a roof".
I don't have any experience with any of those but they all seem gimmicky to me. Regarding the speediance one, it's fun when you go to a website and it's not immediately evident how much it cost. That's how you know it's expensive.

I know it's not what you asked, but this is what I have at home. It costs a fraction of those

I actually have TRX straps that I prefer over the rings for most exercises, but the rings are needed for dips. If I could only have one, it would be rings for that reason

Pick a weight that suits you.

They're at least not what they sound like. My understanding is they synthetically make something that naturally occurs. So like "natural orange flavors" don't come from an orange. They're made in a lab in an attempt to mimic their structure in an actual orange.

I think it's just a loop hole to hide ingredients or make something sound benign.

I'm sorry for not giving the proper credence to "I did a thing and felt good"

I don’t necessarily agree with his takes on fiber, but at least they’re thought out

I've tried to probe this, and all I get is "fiber is not necessary". No explanation as to why. This is the opposite of being well thought out

For me, the most used thing in my kitchen is probably my electric kettle.
I assumed you were changing your argument to wiggle your way out. All good
I have trouble tracking who said what. It's a long thread. Thank you for being nicer though

I get it. Science evolves.
But you guys aren't saying "we don't know". You are saying with certainty that seed oil consumption is responsible for all of these various things. I'm saying provide evidence.

For example, above I learned that post 1995 we learned that the available evidence regarding fiber consumptions BS. I'd really like to read that

We’ve already done it on here. Fiber isn’t needed. Fiber is not an essential nutrient. You will not die if you don’t get any fiber in your diet.

I really dont get the fiber fanatics. You have 5 downvotes...who are you people. Is this 1995?

Same question as seed oils. Please point me to this data with a link.

I can provide meta analyses that show increased fiber consumption reduces all cause mortality and cancer risk.

You've drawn this conclusion from somewhere. Please teach me.
