Time to get your rack out of storage and put it anywhere you can.

Na, would love to, but I am sharing the little space i have with the kids right now. Just have to suffer until new home is finished. Hurricane cost us time, but by spring i will be squatting in my rack again.

I really want to build me a new rack and a new cage for the sorinex hurricane so i can make it one huge arse rig. If i go back to work from home, I am 100% doing it. Especially now that I am blacked in on the new home and have dimensions to lay everything out.

The hurricane looks awesome, it just takes up such a huge footprint. I think a lever arm system makes more sense for me even though it’s not as diverse. (Though I think they’ll soon add the ability to swivel and, finally thanks to Rep, the ability to lock in at various heights.)

I want to get a lever arm system, but I think they’re a year or two away from being incredible.

The reason I want to build me a cage for the hurricane is because I want to attach the free 360* arms to the adjustable lever arm carriage so they can be adjusted up and down.

Thats exactly what needs to happen with the rogue and sorinex versions. Once they do that and they add a way to lock at a certain height. The hurricane becomes obsolete.

I agree with you though, still 18 months from being where they need to be.

The ultimate would be for me to add the ability to adjust the inner post so you can move them out or in also allowing up and down adjustment allows you to adjust the path and with bands allows you adjust the strength curve.

Do that and put it in a full cage and you have all the flexibility of the hurricane, combined with the ability to do all the exercises a pit shark can do. Add an adjustable bench and you can do most machine work too.

I mean, to your point ... instead of being able to fold the rack out, why not just make the top of the lever arms similar to a Landmine where they can swivel, but with the ability to lock it into place.

Being able to adjust the lever arms left and right, and up and down and lock it in place would be fantastic. Rep fitness figured out how to lock it up and down with their latest lever arm ... now we need one of the big boys to figure out the swivel.

Sorinex has the swivel on the hurricane and can easily transfer it to the carriage.

LC Fitness had all the front and sides blow off

Well this explains them not answering my phone calls. Luckily I participate in the "Fitness Your Way" program by Tivity. It allows me memberships to multiple gyms for one fee. The Anytime Fitness on Nelson was out of commission for a while as well. My office was in the Capital One tower down town LC, so we are currently working out of our Beaumont office. I've been going to the AF here. Its not a bad gym, and I haven't seen more than 5 people total when I go workout.

I’m damn near illiterate when it comes to social media. I went to the Instagram page but didn’t see the programming. Can someone please break this down Barney style for me?

So today's workout was pretty draining, but tomorrow calls for 78 reps of squats.... So that's fun

Ran 4.5 miles this am. Hit day 1 in the afternoon. Was t too bad.

I’m more concerned about being able to knock out 6-7 miles on Saturday after 70 plus squats tomorrow.

I finished day 2 over lunch. That's the most squat volume I've ever done. My legs were shaking doing the wall sits at the end after 78 squats. Took right at an hour to complete with 15 minute warmup, not near as long as yesterday.
