Day 16 down

Nothing was necessarily heavy today. Almost seemed more like an extended cardio session. Looking at my HR monitor, I was 48% zone 3 and 34% zone 2. It was just under 70min for me, but I always do a little more warm-up than what is prescribed. I think the worst of it was my grip starting to fail on the SS of DB Shrug/DB RDL. It was a lot of squats though when you factor in all the RFESS reps.

I’ve been needing a nap every afternoon. Today I needed one after the second set of front squats. Drained.

Today felt light, but tomorrow won’t….

Loving the front squats

Laterals/curl press SS is my least favorite of all PPSA SS

Man I didn’t feel like doing it today. I was dragging arse the whole time. Just going through the motions.

Tomorrows looks to be a doozy.

Laterals/curl press SS

You pretty much have to pick a weight that is way too easy on the first set. It gets a little easy on the second and then barely manageable on the third.

My wife has a virus at the moment. Fever, body aches, N/V/D. Definitely trying to avoid that shite right now.

I dodged RSV from my daughter the last few weeks, but I did catch the snotty nose. I gave myself two steroid shots last week bc I was so congested.

BF2 or 70’s not decided yet.

I might go to three days a week and start doing some running on off days. Thinking about running one of the LA Marathon races in Jan. Half or quarter

I'll probably jump back into the Juggernaut program or do Filling out the Hoodie/Arm Farm.

I'm thinking either Benchamin Franklin1 or Christmas Big Bench in Nov, then participating in Deadcember.

Jose I'm thinking the same thing. I've never done Deadcember and figure it'll be a good one to try.
