I'll also be going option 3. That Cardio is going to be harder than it looks.

I’m going to try option 3 on both tomorrow too. The weights have felt good so far so I don’t think it’ll be an issue

I go palms up with finger tips on the bar with the bar across my shoulders. Need to work on my wrist flexibility some. I used to do some Olympic lifting (many years ago) so I am fairly comfortable in that front rack position

I've used both the Clean and the Cross-grip. If I'm squatting lighter weight, I'll stay with the clean grip. I'll switch to cross grip when I lift heavier.

Cross grip is more durable for me. My arms get tired holding the clean grip.

Low and slow felt good today.

I needed an easier day today.

I ran the Seesaw workout this morning. Planning on hitting the pause squats tonight after work.

Won't lie. I'm tired and feeling like a little bitch today. I'm going to have to find some motivation to squat early tonight. I want to have at least 24 hours to recover for tomorrow when I curbstomp Jason.

Today wasn't bad at all. I made it way longer than it had to be (however NOT Dr. Denim long) with my warm-up and still finished in under an hour. For me the worst part was the chin-ups.

I did it in less than 40 minutes. It was an easy day for sure.

Guess I better wander over to the garage and knock it out. Legs are tired today.

I’m very low on steps today too. Lazy.

So far, Jose not setting the bar down on a superset and Dr Denim pulling an all-nighter on the 70's Big, we've had a memorable first 2 weeks of Squatober 2023.

Yep! I don't think we're playing with a full deck of cards.

I'll ask this question so it clears it up for everyone else. For Bench tomorrow it's the same exact scheme as squat? 3@60, 70, 80, then 13@87

That’s how I read it.

The 13@87 bench is going to be tough

Back squat for me was harder than front on the holds. Admittedly I like front squat as my favorite variation. Including warmup took about 45 minutes but wasn’t in a hurry either

Gonna try Option 3 for tomorrow see how it goes
