I thought it wasnt that bad. I just knocked them out with no resting at the top. Made them thighs burn.

Glad I'm not the only one that woke up with a sore back.

It's ok as long as I'm moving. I'll be good to ride the Seesaw later.

My back felt good and the weight moved very easy. 345 felt good!

I treated myself to a Subway sandwich on the way back to work

Tomorrow looks nice and short. I know I'm happy to see that as I am absolutely feeling it this afternoon.

Anxious to see what Friday looks like. I just realized it was Friday the 13th...

Seesaw was fun; my knee seems fine today and 90% was not really a challenge. We left the plates with room for the top sets so they clanged around like a bell, as Tom Platz recommends

Taking the night off. My knees feel tired, which is the best way I can describe it. I have to do a ton of walking this weekend, so not trying to overdo it.

Yes, 6 hours. I should have super-set the rows/shrugs.
I had planned on doing a very long warmup, but not this long. I started my "warmup" about midnight, started squatting at 0200. All of that 2 hours wasn't continuous warmup, there was a lot of me shaking my head saying, "What the frick is happening?" or trying to talk myself out of that session, then trying to talk myself back into doing the session, etc. I couldn't do a full squat for I don't know how long, so I just kept doing mobility work, stretching and doing air squats until I could get close.

I'm not hurt or injured, fortunately, just incredibly sore, so the squats hurt like hell, every rep, every set. I honored the rest intervals pretty well, probably took more like 4 minutes in between each set, 6 in between the 8s. It was horrible.

I took nearly 30 minutes off before starting deadlift, which is what I expected to really cause me problems, but it turned out to be no issue. The rest of the session was really okay, but I was so wiped out from all the pain during the SQUAT! that it slowed me down big time. I didn't even bother to video this session because I have no interest in looking at those ugly squat reps and listening to myself scream like a baby.

I ate a 16oz T-bone with mashed taters and slept 10 hours, so I feel pretty great now.

You should be able to knock tomorrow out in 3 hours or so and rest up a bit.

Dude...take a day off and catch up Saturday.

I'm going to have to skip today and ride the Seesaw in the morning.

Also planning on knocking out the pause squats tomorrow night after work.

I had to leave for a meeting this morning at 4AM to make it by 8AM. Didn't get home until around 6PM. I'm about to go to bed.

I'm thinking about it, will do my warmup/mobility/assessment, and if I'm too stiff and slow I'll just take a day. My body is not used to daily sessions like this.

Mon-Tue (Wed off) Thu-Fri? Sure, but 5 consecutive is tough, especially when the Monday of this week was so demanding. Definitely put me in a hole, and daily sessions leaves not enough time to recover. But I'll still go out to the garage to warmup and assess where I'm at tonight, if I can't do the see-saw I'll still do some active recovery to help me along and then resume asap.

I usually do a 4 day split and I’ve been wiped out after work everyday and needing a short nap. Which I never do normally.

I can definitely relate. I was feeling great Monday after taking it easy this weekend. M, T, W this week have been a taxing combination. Happy tomorrow is almost a rest day workout.

I crushed a nap today at lunch.

I’m not trying to be a dick, I just can’t fathom actually following through with a workout that is taking me six hours. Respect for finishing it though
