I ordered the same size as last year because I liked the way those fit. Hope I didn't make another mistake

They fit fine in the waist, but they were a little snug on the legs. I went in to a deep air squat and decided I would need to go up a size.

Somebody will post it. I will if nobody else does. Rerunning Strongville now and I find I really missed following a program. I've been doing my own thing for almost a year. Much more motivated when I'm following something.

They sell the complete plan after Squatober is over.
The workouts are posted the day before at (if I remember correctly) 11am CST on Instagram.

No, 100% free program and they post it on IG. I believe they post the workout the day before at 10AM, but can't remember for sure.

You can scroll back into this thread for the other years workouts. Unless they have been taken down, I know I didn't take mine down from last year.

As others noted, the program is posted each day but it’ll get pulled in it’s entirety a day or two after SQUATOBER ends and at that point you’d have to pay to get it.

I'm ramping up to squatting 3 x per week for the rest of the month. Two heavy and one moderate workout.

I'm going to be squatting in my new orange squatober shorts until my legs get to swole. Then I'll have to hang them on the side of my rack like a trophy.

Vasectomy scheduled in October so I’m unfortunately out this year. But I’ll cheer along - best lifting month of the year.

I've decided to do it
Was making good progress with squats (and enjoying it) until early July when an unrelated foot injury caused me to take almost 2 months off. I've been back at it for about a month and basically returned to pre-injury levels starting from scratch, so I think this will be a good physical and mental challenge.

Today is my last day of light squats and accessory leg work before the big day Tuesday!
