A nasty workout for you guys: sled pushes

Last couple of weeks ive loaded up the sled with 100kg and pushed it for 400 meters. Last night it took me right around 17 minutes to complete. Great cardio

I prefer reverse sled drags, but yes, sled workouts are great

Back before sleds were cool I used to put my truck in neutral and push it up and down the driveway. Hell of a workout.

I used to push my truck around the school parking lot during Covid about 3 times a week. It never failed someone would come ask me if I was broke down or needed gas.
