I’m way behind. 3 days in the hospital, taking care of newborn and wife and just kinda exhausted.

I’m at 900 total through 4 days. Gonna have to catch up.

Day 5: 120 today. Tendinitis flaring up pretty good. Going to try and hit 500 today, 500 tomorrow and take Sunday off to rest.

Sounds like you should have picked a different month to start this challenge Congrats on the newborn

on day 20, can tell a difference. I've continued with my typical 5-6 days a week of weight training also.

Thanks

And yeah, I guess after 5 years I forgot just how damn exhausting newborns can be

In my mind I thought it would give me something to do during my time off just sitting around the hospital and at home.

I’m going to keep at it. If I get too far behind, I’ll just try again another time.

Taking my daughter to a birthday party in 3 hours then the wife and I are going to an all you can eat crawfish boil from Noon to 5:30.

I'm gonna try to knock out both my daily push-ups and pull-ups this morning so I can get shite faced later.

ETA: Completed 90 pull-ups.

ETAA: Completed 415 push-ups.

It's drinking and crawfish time.

Awesome man! I feel myself getting tired down the stretch. Doesn’t help that I was sick this week and working my arse off. Only a few days left however...well on pace

Benched today and got past a plateau I’ve been at for the last month.

Didn’t really feel sore at all while I was working chest.

I was a little worried after I saw some of y’all say your first chest workout after the challenge was rough, but that shite felt light.

Any tips for a fricked up wrist?

I went from zero to 1,000 in the last 8 days. My wrist hurts like frick, to the point I can't do normal push ups. I have to either adjust the angle, keep a closed fist, or do them elevated off a Jerry rigged perfect pushup type setup.

I had a ganglion cyst bulging on that wrist that disappeared on day 3, same time the pain kicked in.

Push through the pain? Adjust until comfortable? Quit like a bitch?

Are you arms directly under you shoulders?

Try some forearm and wrist stretches. Plenty online.
