Typical power rack, dumbbells, cables, bands, sled, leg curl/extension, adjustable bench, physio ball.

Guess I could do them on the physio ball

I've got one of those big fitness balls that I'll use for low back extensions. I can put my feet on the wall to anchor in place and then get after it.

put a pad on the safeties and tuck your feet under other side of the rack and do extensions that away

or use a pad on the bar

I just did a workout with 7 sets of 8 lunges holding 50lbs DBs today..

I’ll probably back rack some lunges with a barbell tomorrow.

I didn’t realize he took down the Squatober workouts from the instagram page. I had to go back in our thread from that month to do a leg workout for tonight.
