I’ll have to go back through the thread and save them to my phone.

So I can do some good squat workouts through the year.

Day one done!

I got 335 for 3 reps and I’m happy with that!

Those ab rollouts caught me by surprise. My fat arse hasn’t done those in way too long

I'm right there with you. I have my ab roller ready for this evening. Not really looking forward to it. I'm going to sacrifice, though, and skip the Christmas tree cakes.

Yea he posted in the comments yesterday saying whatever you can hit for 203 reps is the training max for the month.

Which was good for me, because I haven't maxed in deadlifts in about 15 years. So I just kept adding weight until I was struggling.

Starting today. I enjoy deadlifting more than bench press, plus I doubt my elbow can handle that much pressing everyday.

Let’s lift some shite off the ground.

Man I'm glad you said that. I thought we were just repeating 80% for 2 or 3.

I'm gonna shoot for 300.

Just finished Day 1.

I got 305 for 2. Shaky leg and all. Feel really good about that.

On the Medicine Ball V Ups what does he mean by 5 each leg. I'd never done them before and all the examples I saw on line were lifting both legs. I just did 10 with both legs.

Heading to H-E-B to pick up some little Debbie Christmas Tree cakes if anyone needs some let me know

Then it’s time to lift.

ETA: that was tough. Shouldn’t have been so lazy in October.

For med ball v up single leg, I saw one example where you leave one leg in the air more perpendicular to the ground and you bring the other up into the v shape.

This is what I did except held a medicine ball. Except I had more cushion in the midsection. And I wore a shirt.

I got Day 1 done early today. I was planning to use the Deadlift max that I used for Squatober,345, since I maxed Squat, Bench, and Deads going into Squatober. I couldn't get my second rep of 345 past my shins.
I did the THICKSgiving Squat workout Monday and was still sore from that today.

Based on this I'm knocking my TM down to 325 and we'll go from there.

I haven't done dedicated ab work since May. I'm going to feel the rollouts and V-ups tomorrow.

Damn a PR on day 1?! I put on a belt for the last set and hit 345 for 2 reps. My legs looked like a string guitar for both of them. I had hit 360 for 1 before squatober but my 2 rep record was 335 until today.

The first superset had me winded. I used 2 50 lb DBs for the lunges and was struggling to keep my abs tight for the rollouts. Then I realized I had done 10 each leg and was only supposed to do 5. Next two sets were much easier lol.

PPSA doesn't normally have ab work so im gonna be wrecked tomorrow
