Any sub ideas for rack deadlifts?

I don’t have spotter arms or anything unfortunately.

I have spotter arms, but no GHD. Wonder if there’s a sub for that.

I still think I’m going to run a bench program in December though.

I would love to do Deadcember this year but it typically requires more equipment than I own.

Last year I was able to get it done with a Rack, Barbell & Weights, Dumbbells, and Bands. I can't speak for previous years, but there wasn't much more than that needed to get last years program done.

Then I'm covered. I just got a decent pulley that I can attach to my rack. The only other thing I need is a couple more 45# plates.

have any boxes you can stack to use?

or anythign to prop the weights up? doesnt have to be perfect

if not, can you do banded deads? same concept...underload at the bottom for speed and then overload at the top for tension.

I built some with scrap 2x4’s and plywood. I would add some rubber mat to the top, it’s loud

I got my Deadcember shirt in today. When ordering, I really thought it was black. It actually more of a... charcoal-blue maybe? I like it. I got the sticker pack too. Going to make magnets with these and the Squatober ones.

I could figure out the subs. I could do hamstring curls and use my safety straps to keep the ankles down. I just am OCD about following programs to a tee and I also hate labor intensive setups.

I'm torn between this and Christmas Big Bench.

I've been wanting to do Christmas Big Bench since the summer, no way I am skipping out on it plus I really hate deadlifts.

Sounds like there might be two PPSA party threads running concurrently.

TRX or Ring hamstrings curls are a good sub too for the GHD.

I'm torn between both programs also.

I still need to lose some weight, and caloric deficit plus deadcember sounds not too fun. I might just run Arm Farm again with 2 days of cardio. I like the all superset workouts
