Looks like you draw cards to determine how many reps to do.

Really hope I don't get stuck will all 10s.

Anyone bulking or cutting during this program?
Think I decided I’m just gonna keep eating and see what happens.

Got a new bench from Rep fitness in today. After a year of using a super cheap one from Amazon. Very excited.

I’ve been doing lots of bulking this month. I told my wife this morning that I need to start dieting after this month is finished

I just drew my 4 cards. 4, queen, jack, 7. So 8,8,8,7.

If I get a Joker I have to do 10 or I’m a pussy.

I’ll pull mine in a bit.

Rep makes some nice benches. I kept my old cheap bench from Amazon and sometimes I use them both on supersets or Compound sets so I don't have to keep readjusting or moving.

What kind of animal writes programming and doesn’t include any arms on Fridays.

If I can make room for my cheap bench I’ll keep it, but running low on real estate in this place.

10 at 230 was a kick in the dick. Heart rate was 155 when I was done. Got them all though and probably had a couple more in me. May have passed out if I kept going though.

I'm not looking forward to today's at all

I slept in this morning and will be going workout at lunch. Kinda mad at myself too because I had planned to go for a run this afternoon after my morning workout to get a second workout of the day

I really liked todays. I added a cardio SS at the end with db curls and tri pull-downs 4 sets no rest. Covered in sweat but feeling great.

Man that was a not as easy as I thought walking in. 8,8,8,7 and my last set was 260 on deadlifts. Sheesh.

Those back extensions felt great while doing them. Not so much on the walk back to my truck

Went snowboarding and drinking beer all day so this was not fun to come home to. Walking lunges in the back yard in the snow was penance for my sins but it felt badass.

Did "Joker's Wild" this morning.

Deadlift Reps were 8-8-10-7
Front Squat Reps were 4-7-7-8

Deadlifts felt good and challenging, The Front Squats were easy. I feel like the percentages were low.

Overall a pretty easy way too finish the week.
