Did you guys look at Jacked Frost yet? I saw 5 at 90% and wet my pants. Then I noticed it’s starting from knee high.

Also, I saw in the MB press he says launch em.

I thought the rack deadlifts were kinda off. I didn’t like the small range of motion. Felt weird.

I got way too over zealous on the preacher curls lol. I hadn’t done them in a while so I went heavy and I kicked my own butt

Also I’m getting better at the ab roll outs!

Ab rollouts felt strong compared to the first week.

I don’t have spotter arms for rack deadlifts so I just did them on top of a 45lbs bumper plate so it wasn’t knee height for me. It was a nice movement.

Glad I got the work in this morning. Was worried after eating like shite all weekend I would revert back to laziness this AM.

Same here but towards the end I was feeling a nice pull mid back that felt good. Bench is a little easy today too.

Day 12 done this morning, heavy half pulls must be getting us ready for some full 90+ pulls.
This week will be the halfway point

I'm surprised there hasn't been any AMRAP to adjust maxes yet like we did in Squatober

Day 1 he said whatever you can get 2 or 3 of use that for your TM. At least that’s what I did. I’m pretty sure he said that in the comments.

Oh no I meant like how we did in Squatober midway through we did the doubles and triples in 10 minutes and based on reps you could adjust your TM.

They’re lying! There’s no way they need more rollouts

I think it was sarcastic. We’re not the only ones hurting out there.

What are you guys thinking for jump squat weight?

I’ve never done them. Maybe start with 10s and see how that feels?
