im not making fun of shite

i couldnt even finsih the damn grip work last night cause about half way through the 4th set i couldnt hold an empty barbell anymore.

plus im a fatass mess right now, so no making fun of anyone, certainly not someone doing abs

I hate to be the one bitching about abs today but holy hell. That was the most painful ab roll yet. I made a pretty loud whimper on my first set and now I feel like people are eyeballing me.

ETA: I guess those flutter kicks yesterday got to me more than I thought.

I'm glad yall are here to keep me motivated. I workout on my patio and its been dark cold and snowy ever since time changed and the lack of sunlight is really starting to kill my motivation. Gonna keep pushing though!

Yea very easy one as compared to yesterday. Only 6 slow reps of deadlifts was light work versus yesterday.

I actually really enjoyed those deadlifts today. Shoot I'd do a 20 second eccentric if it means it's only 3 reps per set.

2 days behind you brutes. Day 6 done, only 14 max reps bench and close grips I only got 7 on 3rd round.
Otherwise a nice arm pump

May have been a little easier day but that first SS lit me up. I spent my whole 2 minutes laying there catching my breath each time.

I liked the long eccentric too, really felt it down my back.
