Day 5 for me , I'm bad at getting up before work so I will run behind.

This guy is lasering in on core huh with front squats and pure core work.

I'm enjoying so far, my last 8 rep was 187.5 , felt good.

i get them out the facebook group, save them and upload to imgbb. here is the weekend, yesterday and today for reference. ill post day 7 when then facebook group post it.

More ab rollouts tomorrow. This is fine. Everything is fine. This will be a tough workout.

Doing flutter kicks on side of bench press was awkward

I bet. I do my close grip on the Smith machine so it’s off to the side and not as weird.

Day 7 done. Today was a doozy. Heavy deadlifts followed by heavy squats wore my arse out. And then not to mention the an rollouts

Finished day 5 earlier this morn, but I’m a fan of these Deadcember workouts. They hit differently than the PPSAs.

I leave the gym with less of a pump but much sweatier.

I was just thinking yesterday that it was the sweatiest I’ve been during a workout in months.
