I found one of those with a Koasati Pines stamp on it. Those things were worthless

The ball.

I see beautiful, perfect practice swings everyday….. but as soon as a ball is entered into the equation swing go to hell

Hard out on walking Beaver Creek or Santa Maria.

I'll grant you Beaver Creek with some decent hikes between green and tee box (or in the case of 15, tee box and green). I walked that course as a single in 2:30 a couple days before Thanksgiving.

Santa Maria is a super easy walk.

There is nothing athletic about playing golf. And if you’re tired and beat after playing a round driving right up to your ball, then you’ve got issues.

I have 3 screws in my left ankle. Torque from swing alone leaves me pretty sore after a round. I don’t think I could play anymore without a cart

City Park in BR can be a joy to walk. Same with Webb. Hard out on walking Beaver Creek or Santa Maria.

I always felt that City Park should be walk only.

I've walked Santa Maria and Beaver Creek plenty of times without any issues. There isn't much elevation at either course. The worst part at Beaver Creek is the 15th par 3 where you have to walk all the way around. They should build a walking bridge across that swamp area.

I 100% agree with this idea. Walking should be promoted by courses. Cut back on greens fees and raise cart fees on courses like Webb and City park.

Six pack in the ice chest, tunes on Bluetooth and two or three off the tee. Walking would eliminate that dramatically.

It would also eliminate my desire to play golf. Being forced to walk and drink is so incredibly brutal, but sometimes you have to.

Aim-able tees. these things:

Amazon

We used to invite this dude until he started using these things. "Hold on, I've got to get my tee aimed to the optimal point of the fairway... almost got it..."

What are you talking about?

I hit from the blues and from there you have to walk all the way around instead of just cutting through the swampy area on #15.

If you walked, or kept your cart on the path at all times (which is close to walking), you’d become a better golfer.
You’d slow down, stop hurrying and concentrate better.
It’s just too much to ask for a lot of golfers.

And if you didn't let what other people do bother you so much, you'd probably enjoy life a little more.

Why do you care? Would I be correct in saying you probably launch the ball just as high with a today 5 wood vs a 10 year old 5 wood (even with less loft). I truly don’t get the loft nazis
