Glad y'all made it out. Wish the weather would have been better on Saturday.

Course will be top notch very soon. Aerification didn't heal as quick as I'd have liked. Only going to get better now that the weather is consistent.

The Pines at North Park last Friday. Shot 44.
Worst $25 I've ever spent.

Greens are an absolute guess. Close your eyes and hit it.

Living in Denham, our options are extremely limited if you want to stay local.

Last year, I enjoyed DSCC because it was laid back and the greens were at least tolerable. They're not even trying anymore. It's not even worth the $20-25

Anyone have any updates on the condition of Beau Chene or English Turn? Looking to play at one of these places this week.

87 at Tchefuncta CC on 5/5/19.
Course was wet from Saturday’s rain.
Nice and fun track in my opinion.
Greens were hard to figure out the speed.

I think that they're still recovering from the floods.

frick man..I'd just set up temp greens in the middle of the fairway and give myself a fighting chance to grow some grass on my greens.

That's why I posted those pics. I don't know if they can get them back in a month. Won't go back for at least two. And this was all the greens!

What’s the damn problem?!? If greens are the most important thing about a golf course how can they be that bad?

Played LSU yesterday. Bought a used Scotty Cameron Monterey putter a week ago, first time using it. Putted like a God, probably 1 putted 11-12 holes, never 3 putted. Drove well, hit my irons very average, but when you're driving the ball well and you're saving pars and bogeys with your putting, scores will be low. Got an 84 which is by far the lowest round of golf in my life

I thought LSU was in terrific condition. $25 during the weekday for those greens is a steal, especially when I see how Beaver Creek's greens are

Played the front this evening at Greystone:

Verticut last week so they’re not perfectly smooth yet. They’ve been plugged 4 times already. Small holes. Plan is to do more as often as possible till they’re all 100%.

The back isn’t this good. But it’s getting there. 13 and 15 are coming along better than expected. Keep the rain and warmth coming, Baws. All the courses around here need it.

ETA:

Here are the “worst” greens as of today before the rain. 13 and 15:
