Chappy....course was in good shape today. Better than LT yesterday. Greens were pretty quick. Lighting got us on our last hole

But true. As long as they are true, speed isn’t an issue.

Played Santa Saturday 75
Played Pelican Sunday 74
Played Links on the Bayou today 72.

First time playing Links on the Bayou. Fun track. Greens were a touch slow but healthy.

Best round I’ve ever had yesterday. 70 from the tips. 5 birdies, 3 bogeys all on the back 9. Hdcp trending to 1.4.

I’m fully prepared for my 90 after going Tin Cup at least twice.

Greystone. Got 10” over 4 days but the course took it like a champ. It was really dry for a few weeks. Only had 1 or 2 balls plug.

Didn’t Tin Cup eventually hit one on?

What's their driving range and practice greens policy? Open to public?

Yes, but there’s an additional $25 fee for glancing in the direction of the member’s practice area.

Yes. The range is split for people who have a range membership and people who don’t.

I suppose it's good to be a member. How's the practice green for the non members? (size, speed, condition)

The area for members only is that section of the range. There are two greens. A very small one for chipping with a bunker next to it and a normal sized on for putting.

Played Cypress Lakes in Houston today. Shot -1 on the front and +5 on the back. Had back to back brain fart doubles that ruined a great round.

The course is in great shape.
