If Jay would have listened to those on this board the PGA tour would be playing multiple events in Saudi and would be majority owned by the Saudis

I don't know what Jay could have done differently. Hard to stop a bunch of players who are being offered "life changing" money (or just "better" money) that want to go.

90 percent of the current crop of LIV golfers couldn't qualify, much less compete, on the PGA Tour.
Moreover, these men are adults and professionals who made a choice to go to LIV. Our lives are largely dictated by the choices we make. Choosing to follow Greg Norman and Phil Mickelson and thinking that those two were planning to do anything other than enrich themselves was as foolish five years ago as it would be now. I feel no sympathy for any of the LIV golfers.
I also (aside from John Rahm) don't miss seeing any of them play. The PGA and DP World Tour are fully stocked with talented players of all ages. The two tours are fun to follow and watch.

I do enjoy seeing Hatton being a psycho, but yeah. I’m not a fan of Bryson, whatever on Rahm and Neimann. Nobody else over there matters.

I was pretty shocked when the first report came out about Rahm. Him playing on the DP World Tour for a season seems to make way more sense.
