I really like your flow chart, but respectfully, I want to suggest a few minor changes. As to me, yes I am disgruntle, but no, I am not a member. I had the privilege of knowing John Brady and knew what he wanted in this tract and it certainly is not a parking lot full of heavy duty work trucks shutting a pretty course down. He wanted to development this tract not only as a championship level course, but also a course affordable so that kids could have an affordable place to fall in love with the game of golf. That was a major reason David Toms was chosen as his designer. Both men had that same mission and dream.

A second suggestion to the flow chart, no LaTour organizational structure can be complete without listing Mama Diva Daye.

With the amount of rain we get in La., it’s best to have bunkers with essentially no lip, so that no rain drains from the grassy slope into the sand, thus avoiding sand erosion and mud mixing in with the sand. We fixed that at Le Triomphe and it’s much better. That trap in the pic looks like it gets a lot of runoff from the grass to the sand.
