I can’t believe it’s already July

I played the Farm with ELL13 and Malvin yesterday. The course is in good shape. The greens were the best I’ve ever seen them. 15 was 1/2 as fast and 17 was 2X as fast, but the rest putted the same. All were pure.

Never mind what I shot. But I did drop a bomb on 16 for birdie!

Getting out and playing canebrake this morning in Hattiesburg. Love that course. Hoping to keep it in the high 80’s to low 90’s and it’ll be a good day for this bogey golfer

The National in Westlake yesterday. 38/38 from the white tees. Hit 12 greens couldn't make shite but didn't 3 putt either. Hot as a fresh fricked nanny goat in a pepper patch out there. Course is in good shape.

I birdied the first hole. Didn’t do anything good after that... 40/43. Enjoyed the course. I want another shot at it.

I birdied the first hole. Didn’t do anything good after that... 41/43. From the tips that wasn’t terrible for me. But a few got away.

I went 32/30 for a course record 62 at Carter Plantation yesterday.

Well not me, but a guy I know.

And by know, I mean I saw it on Facebook.

But it looks like they finally flipped the 9s out there. Makes more financial sense

40/39/79, Regatta Bay. First time playing since they reno’ed, greens hard as a rock but a little furry, bad combo for $140. Hopefully next summer they’ll be primo, enjoyed my round at Indian Bayou on Tuesday a lot more.

43/40 for 83 at le Triomphe. I didn’t make any putts. Didn’t hit the ball worth a shite. Only positive was no blow up holes or hazards

Hopefully tomorrows better

How does it make more financial sense to flip the nines?

Finishing on the original 9 is brutal.

Because of the revenue from having everyone pass right by the clubhouse on the way to #10 now.

Even the new scorecards are trying to encourage people to order food from the grill on Hole #7 lol

They had a halfway house that served that purpose, a cart girl, and you could still go grab food after 9 if you wanted.

I hate when courses flip 9s. Hated when the Bluffs did it, hated when Greystone did it. Hate that Carter did it.

Played the oaks yesterday in Pass Christian. One of my favorite courses. They punched and sanded a couple weeks ago but the greens were still pretty good considering. Drove the ball well all day and minus my 4 putt on 3 for double (hit it in the worst part of the green and couldn’t get over the top tier) and my double on 17 it was a solid day. 4 birdies and shot 79 from the tips and won all the money.
