Hated when the Bluffs did it,

I used to play the Bluffs a lot and I hated when they flipped the 9's.

The course was not supposed to play that way.

First hole was a hell of a start.

Even Phil Schmit hated when they flipped them.

Went 42-39= 81 at Pelican Point today. My best score ever and first time ever below 40 for 9 holes with par 36. 2 birdies and one damned triple on #2

Needed only 28 putts. Hit a couple long ones and my up&down game was strong.

This was from the gold tees, which play about 6250ish. I think maybe I have graduated to the purples now. I have been driving above average for me, so hopefully purples won't affect my score too much.

36-41 at Santa Maria yesterday for a 77. Two birdies, a bogey and three double bogeys. Good thing I played before all this rain. That course will be soaked for a while.

71 at Kingwood (island course)

Had a shot at 69 so went for island green in two and the ball didn’t make it and went swimming

I played The Miller Course in Bentwater, Montgomery, Tx. Wow! That place is nice! I shot an 80. I had a damn blast. The course is unreal. Change in elevation, quick/true greens. It was a wonderful change from playing in south Louisiana.

27 hole tournament (low ball, alternate, scramble) at the ultra private Ville Platte County Club Sunday. Pouring rain, sloppy teeboxes and fairway. Worst we have played in years.

Sucked so bad well finished 1st place 3rd flight for $300. Pays to play horrible sometimes

Just got home from Copper Mill, frick that was brutal. Went off at 9:30 behind 5 old ladies, who finally let our two-some through after the front 9.

Course is in great shape though. Shot 45/44 and birdied 18 for an 89. One birdie, 8 pars, 10 GIRs, and of course two 8s and two 7s on my card

86 Nashville National Golf Links, aerated and heavily sanded. First full round since December so I'll take it.

I've only played Copper Mill for the last couple years, but it's honestly in the best shape I've ever seen it. Pace of play was ridiculous, but it's to be expected as a two-some at 9:30 on a Saturday morning.

The Marshall made the comment several times today "Oh y'all stuck behind the ladies" as he laughed and drove off
