If you could only choose between Koepka or McIlroy to win the PGA, who would you bet on?

Both are coming in off wins.

Probably the guy that’s won 5 majors in the last 9 years instead of 0 in the last 9 tbh.

Betting on golf is generally throwing money away, but Koepka and it’s not even close

As long as Scottie is in the field I’m taking him. I just watched him steamroll through Augusta a month ago with what felt like his B game.

As much as I want Rory to win, I’d have to bet Koepka.

Koepka is also the guy who went back to back two times winning his first 4 majors. Why would he not do it a 3rd time?

“Bet on koepka? How about I bet on the guy with 4 majors instead of the guy with zero.”
Last year alone 2 guys alone were 1st time major winners. Literally never had won before. How’s that possible?
How would those next few years have worked out for you? You would have lambasted anyone that bet on mickelson to win the masters in 2004 too I suppose

Rory blew his load a week early. I want him to win but don’t see it happening.

It is, but Rory has just let me down too much recently.
But I want to see him break through and he’s got a great shot this week.

Understood. But remember Phil broke his fans hearts every single time until he was 33 years old. Rory has been very good in majors recently and his form is great now .

Koepka. He’s got the game that translates very well in majors other than links style, and he’s not terrible there either.
Rory has the ability to just run away from the field, his -8 in 8 holes run this weekend is ample evidence of that. It’s a lot of fun ripping up a course like that.

For those saying “not even close” side bet with me
We will bet jsut rory and koepka who finishes higher between the two. Since it ain’t even close I get some juice with Rory, so if Rory finishes higher you pay be $100 and if Kopeka finishes higher I owe you $50
Deal?

Yep. The people saying “not close” are clowns.

Not seeing a combo with all 3, but Draftkings has:
Scottie or Koepka +275
Scottie, Rory, or Rahm +170
Scottie, Koepka, or Rahm +210
Rory, Koepka, or Rahm +300

As a Koepka fan, it’s Rory. If he plays even close to the way he played Sunday, no one can beat him. He’s still the most talented player in the world. It’s mostly mental for him and he’s relaxed and confident now after getting out of the middle of the pga/liv controversy (ironically against his will) and playing in a team event with his buddy. This has to be the most confident he’s been going into a major in quite some time given his play, that it’s the PGA (less pressure than the other majors), and at Valhalla where he won last time.

Scottie hung around the top of the leaderboards for like the first 3 tournaments being around last in putting for the weeks. His caddie probably #2 on the money list this year.

Don't know why anyone would ever bet on Rory to win a major at this point (though I think he'll eventually win one), but if you're going to, I think this would be the week. I think it was a good call for him to play this past week and it's a course he's won on before. Rory rarely has played bad at places that he's won at previously. Definitely some stars aligning up for him.
I'd be hard pressed to ever bet against Scottie, but out of Brooks and Rory, I'd take Rory this week.
