About 125-130, 10.8 but I feel like I’m closer to 13 or so

I am wondering if I have some kind of flipping or casting going on causing me to lose a lot of distance.

145- below scratch

125 stock. 10.7 hcp. My irons are a few years old. A lot of the new ones are lofted like my 9 iron.

It is funny to play with people swinging a lob wedge when I’m swinging a 9 iron, but it is what it is.
I hit a 9 a couple weeks ago on a hole, hit the green, he hit what looked like a 5 wood, made an ace.
Eventually if I can keep playing I’ll be hitting hybrids or woods on every shot.

PW is my 140 club. Loft is 45*. I'm a 9.1 HC right now, low HI 7.3.

My clubbing this afternoon on par 4s, all less than 400 yards:
6H
7I
3W
6H
5W
I admit I did not hit my best drives, but some were not putrid.
Same course, I’d say I get an iron or wedge in my hand 2/5 par 4s.
Have not reached a par 5 in 2 this year.
The upside of losing distance is my dispersion is smaller so I don’t hit OB.

115-120. Used to be single digit hdcp, now hovering a little between 15-20.

I hit a MP 32- 47 degree PW. 120-135 range if I swing smooth and for accuracy. 120 is more of a 3/4 swing and 135 is more of a full swing. If I’m trying to be a jackass on the range, I can hit it about 155.
I’d say my handicap is around a 5. I don’t play enough rounds to have an official index. I’ll shoot 74 one day. Play 3 months later and shoot 83. Play 3 months later and shoot 79.

I’d love to know how in the world you can shoot a 74 if you only play a few times a year.

I played high school golf back in the day
I currently hit range balls twice a month. I also practice chipping twice a month. So I know my yardages and I know how to scramble from 40 and in.
As long as I play smart and avoid bunkers. I break 80. If I putt decently, I’ll break 75. I’ve always been a good ball striker, so my floor is around an 85. I’ve got to play really dumb to shoot higher than that.
