The ones that carry their driver like 230? He asked how to get faster.

Well couples does a mini flying right elbow and goes across the line which generates a ton of speed. Wouldn't recommend it for everyone though because it requires some undoing on the way down.

I think someone pointed out my main issue: I’ve gotten less flexible as I’ve aged.

I probably should stretch for an hour everyday.
I should also do some strength training.
I should work on core strength and balance.

Maybe just some improved fitness can help me move better through the ball.

Care to comment on your incorrect accusation and petty name calling? Or will you continue to run and hide like the spineless little pussies you've proven yourself to be?

Stop being a Richard. You aren’t perfect and name calling is childish, especially on an anonymous golf forum.

I posted something objectively true. I got called an idiot and wrong so I posted data to back it up, but I'm the name caller. Make sense. You're a coward too.

You would definitely be wrong about that.

I did, and you were wrong, but that didn't stop you from running your mouth without doing research yourself

Can we get back to criticizing my lack of talent, skills, and fitness?

I don't know for sure, but I find it hard to believe. Are you willing to do 90-120 minutes 6 days a week plus 15 minutes every night before bed?

hot yoga. Freshman year of college my 6i carry went from 165 to 195 without gaining a lb of weight. Flexibility is the most important aspect of golf re: Ernie, Vijay, fred. They might not crack 400 yard drives like Bryson but they will play well into their late age while Bryson will be in a Walker.

Weight lifting is important but not nearly as much as flexibility.

Plus the ladies are fire in there.
