That's a fairly short day. Probably closer to 90 minutes. That would be modified some, especially for someone who has no Olympic weightlifting experience.
And if it were for golf specifically, it would incorporate more rotational movements. But that's actually a decent golf session. You want to build power and stability from the ground up

That’s a solod routine. I currently do about 45-60 in the gym now 4-6 days a week. I’m 50/50 cardio and weight lifting. Nothing too big on the weights due to having a tendency to bulk up too much and it severely decreases my range of motion.
