Sitting at 74 projected in the fed ex cup, and if that holds, will be bounced out of the fed ex playoffs after 1 event.

2 years since his last win. I think some changes are needed either at caddy or swing coach.

He needs to get rid of that chicken wing left arm he's got. Only other guy that looks like that at impact is Lee Westwood. And he's a hack too.

He’s generally been doing well the first two days and then imploding on the weekend.

I think a new voice at swing coach would be a start.

I may be in the minority, but I think his problems are more between the ears than they are with his swing.

I agree with that. I think someone a little more forceful as a teacher might help the mental side. He’s doubting and reclubbing and hesitating. 2015 he was gripping and ripping

Chasing distance cost him his game.

He will never be a bomber, until he realizes that he will struggle.

I agree that he can be whinny.

Changes back to his old game

I know the caddy rumors have been out there, but it seems like his caddy and their relationship have been his only saving grace this year.

He needs to quit chasing distance and go back to being the best wedge player and putter in the game

You are not. He even admitted last year he wasn’t comfortable over the ball. That’s fricking crazy. It’s amazing how marriage will frick up your golf game.

It’s both.

When his putting starts getting off he is a train wreck. He rode a great putter for his career tho. His long irons and woods suck because of the chicken wing. It was said back in college he wouldn’t last long on tour with that. It’s catching up to him.

I’m sure he’ll win big tournaments again but doubt he’ll be dominant. Same with Rory and DJ. I imagine it’s hard for most people to maintain the psychopathic drive it takes to be the absolute best at something, especially when you get married and start having a family. A lot of the young guns have made generational wealth by the time they’re 25. Most people aren’t going to work as hard at that point.

Anybody who plays golf knows you have to put in an insane amount of work to be consistently good. I can’t imagine what it takes to maintain a PGA Tour-level game (despite what Koepka claims) Makes you appreciate Tiger and Jack a little more because they were able to maintain dominance for so long.

According to Spieth, he’s put in more hours this year than he ever has and still...

Have y’all ever seen his swing coach give a lesson?

It’s almost a parody with how many gadgets and bullshite he uses.

Spieth seems very prone to get in his head and bogged down with swing thoughts and timing.

This guy needs to go, in my very uneducated opinion.

He’s alright on Friday.

It’s Saturday that has been killing him.
