I get what you’re saying and I’m not saying you’re wrong. I just felt like he was on a path to have wins like this before his changes. He was really good and getting better. Just my take on it. But i agree with beaver, his marketability isn’t so hot right now. He’s burning every relationship he has and people on tour can’t stand him

Ya and JT calling himself a fig (rightfully so for that putt) was "toxic." He is probably the most marketable golfer on tour right now outside of Phil.

If you say so...Morikowa is about to blow this dude out of the water in terms of earnings from endorsements. I know I want a guy who doesn't know how to hold his tongue talking to press about his equipment or things he uses to get ready for a golf tournament.
As for JT, he was cought on a Hot Mic on the course, not a live mike in a press room of a Major golf tournment...HUGE DIFFERENCE!
Asside from that, you don't hear Phil talking about all the changes he is making to the equipment that his sponsors have spent tireless hours working on because the clubs "just are there yet"
Like i said in a previous thread; he is the ultimate "it's the clubs, not me" guy and will bash what he wants when he wants with no regard for who puts food on his table. Hell, for 10mil do you think you could hold your tongue if questioned by a reporter about your driving abilities?

Bryson is a joke and he thinks he’s so much smarter than everyone. He’s not that much longer even with all his ridiculous club loft, length and swing. A 51 year old Phil Mickelson was hitting his driver right with Bryson so he’s not some kind of superhuman.

Bryson’s problem is his iron play and wedges arent generally good enough. He tries to bomb it 400 every time and leaves himself awkward angles and yardages and doesn’t usually end up in a better spot on the green playing his 3rd shot

No, you just pick and choose which stats help your argument midget. The guy is not accurate and he’s garbage with wedges. It’s just the facts man. Guy still is a phenomenal golfer regardless of all that. Long hitter, great ball striker snd great putter. It’s just weird how you pick and choose and manipulate certain statistics to help prove whatever point you have and I’m not sure anyone know what that is.

But you still said ALL elite golfers average 6-8 feet from 50-70 yards when in reality not a single professional golfer on the PGA Tour does that.

the difference for him isn't 3-4 yards, thats the difference to what rory can hit. Before Bryson got big he was hitting 20+ yards shorter. which is a big difference when you are hitting 9 iron into a hole instead of 6 or 7 iron.
