Post your goals, golf or otherwise:
Break par on 9 holes
Lower handicap to less than a 3
Qualify for the State Am and make the cut
Walk more holes than I ride
Play, on average, 9 holes a week
Practice once a week
Do a better job of focusing on every shot for every round (that's nebulous, but it's the best way I can describe it)

I would like to eliminate rounds if 82+. Every once in a while I just have a blow up. It’s usually chasing birdies instead of letting them come naturally.
Practice once a week.
Get my handicap comfortably down to below 5.

Do the same routine for every shot. When I start getting frustrated I'll just get up there and hit.
On longer putts, focus on putting to a spot, not putting to the hole.
Not trying to be too fancy on green-side chips. Stick to what works.

Goal #1: break 70
Goal #2: actually play during the peak of summer so I can practice enough to break 70 (walk more than I ride during the summer)
Goal #3: get in a workout routine that will help strengthen my core for a more balanced swing

Practice more than rounds played.
Break 90 more than 100(sucked big time last year).
Pay attention to the small details(setup, ball position, focus on target, etc).

1.) Dedicate more time to the range
2.) Practice/Play at least 2 times a week
3.) Play five new courses that I haven't played yet

– Shoot par or better. 74 is my best (3 times). 34 is my best 9 hole score.
– Exercise / increase flexibility (i'm old :)
– Better short game - chipping and putting

Break 80. I’m generally 82-86. Never broke 80 though.

To just play more golf...I would like to get back to a Scratch golfer, but to play more (about 2-3 time a month) would be ideal.

Believe that I can execute every shot I attempt.
Focus on process, let results follow.
Play each shot as independent action.

Improve short game, specifically chipping.
Hit scratch. Got down to 1.3 last summer. Up to 5.5 now.
Break 75 consistently
I went almost the whole year without changing equipment at all. That seemed to help. And I’m sticking with it I think. Maybe a new 3 wood or replacing my 3H since it’s gotten pretty old and worn out. But I feel good about my driver, irons, wedges and putter. Getting my irons rechecked next week. Mostly just making sure lies and gaps are good. Hopefully don’t have much to change.

My goal is to take longer on my preshot routine, read my putts from all angles just like I see the guys in tv do it, and to always wait for the green to clear on par 5s before I bomb my second shot pin high.
