Bro....nobody gives a shite about absolute performance in consoles. They care about what their friends have and what games are available.

Performance people are going PC.

facts. this is certainly true as long as the consoles are similar in power (which they are and always will be)

Enjoy halo. Pretty much all the Xbox has going for it....oh wait...Halo sucks now.

XBOX is getting plenty of new exclusives, Fable, Avowed, etc. PS exclusives amount to the gaming equivalent of transformers, repetitive, sucky, need to kill the series, and has a following of window lickers.

I disagree. With the increase is PC gamers due to streaming/power etc goes against Xbox. A lot of people are making that switch...like myself. I own a console for the games..my friends all on PC.

Listing just two isn’t plenty. But after having looked at the list.....I know why you just listed 2.

I would go PC if the transition to keyboard and mouse wasn't such a pain in the arse.

Or you could just use a controller on PC. Lot of us do it. I'll use kb/m for a shooter or something, but if it's a single player game, xbone controller and sit back in the chair.

Sure the exclusives are important to a very small niche, but that's it.

By very small niche, do you mean the millions of people who bought God of War, Spiderman, Last of Us, Uncharted, Ghost of Tsushima, etc? That small niche?

My xbox controller sees 10x more play time on my PC than my actual xbox. I have to plan ahead and charge my controller if I want to play xbox because it's always plugged in to my PC and I don't have to worry about batteries.

once I get my house set up, I'm going to have a 4k/120 OLD TV set up within cable distance of my PC. make it easy to switch back and forth if I want to play on the couch with a controller or on my monitor with KBM

The fact that they have come out with the release date and the price at $499.00 shows they are going all out for the consumer.

How is having a release date and a $500 price tag consumer friendly?

Xbox Series S at $299 paired with a Game Pass account is a good deal.

I'm also excited about STALKER 2 and State of Decay 3, but maybe that's just me. I also enjoy the single player modes on the Gears of War games.

I'm sure someone out there is also interested in the Halo series, but that's definitely not me. Maybe I'll play through them on Game Pass at some point.

I got almost three years of gamepass for $1. I've gotten more than enough out of it for that. I'll keep it when it goes to monthly sometime in late 2021.

Ditto, anyone who has a Windows PC should look into Bing searches for free MSFT or Amazon gift cards.
