Mixer is owned by Microsoft, which also owns Halo. And we know that Microsoft, alongside Sony, is gearing up for the new generation of consoles. Halo Infinite is going to be a launch game for the next Xbox, currently known by its codename, Project Scarlett. What better way to market the proceedings than to have Blevins by your side? I wouldn’t be surprised if Blevins ends up being the name and face of Xbox, and by extension Halo, this time next year.

Great marketing by Microsoft

Yea, no way it is 370,000.

70%-75% of his subs on twitch have been from prime.

He only held on to about 13k tier one subs even at his height. (285k subs)

So if he is pulling 37k that is actually pretty great.
Seems some of the fans who were supporting him "free" are now paying.

They are letting you sub to him for free the first month. Wouldn't read too much into those numbers

That makes sense. Still an improvement from how he has been in 2019. He has hovered around 22k all year. Including prime. He is not the monster he used to be.

Thanks, I don't actually watch streamers so I wasn't sure which number was more likely.

Edit: it's either 37,000 or 370,000. He mentioned at the start of the stream but I can remember off the top of my head.

They are running a promo to get a free sub to him right now.

I just downloaded the app and went to his stream to see quality of the app and streaming capability, based off this thread. When I went in a pop up for limited free subscription to him was available.

How many of those will be reallocated to other streamers and how many will just stop watching?

If they could collect this data in the future, I'd be interested in seeing it. How many of Ninja's prime subs used it on another streamer after he left Twitch.

Twitch is superior to Mixer. Most people won’t watch things on mixer outside of Ninja

I think I heard about it for the first time a few weeks ago randomly, checked it out and hated the UI.

Competition is a good thing so hopefully it flourishes as a platform.

The great thing about streaming is you have absolutely no roots at all. Wish a push of a button you're instantly on a new platform.

The real question is will audiences be comfortable with hitting different platforms for their favorite streamers?

Mixer is taking a dump for me every time I switch streams or try to log in.

Was curious to see what his viewership was so looked yesterday and saw it was at 28k. I’m not sure what he was getting at twitch but that can’t be much of an improvement.

Don't know what I did to piss you off and I don't care, but anytime I post you jump in to say something negative about me, get over it.

He won't play with female gamers because his wife might get mad, that's some dumb arse shite.

It’s actually a slight decrease from Twitch. If he was streaming without Tfue on he averaged around 35-40k. I’m sure his mixer viewership will pick up, but it’s gonna be tough.

Twitch introduced squad streaming, which gives you the ability to watch multiple streams at once. I don’t think Mixer offers that.

Looks like he's at 20k right now. That's not impressive considering where he was over the past couple of years

Sounds like more streamers might be making the jump after all these female streamers getting away with stuff that guys get banned for. First alinity then another said the N word over 24 hours ago with nothing said from Twitch.
