I've never played it. I was always a Dynasty guy. Came across this video on youtube, and it looked pretty entertaining.

QB and RB are the most interesting. QB is only spot where you can change the play that is called, so you have the most control on the outcome.
Unless you really like controlling defense, then you could be whatever on defense.

Former Star college QB who broke his arm and got addicted to pain killers and tells everybody about it at the hole in the wall bar about how in 2014 he was the next Elway.

of course qb and rb...but i realllllly enjoyed cornerback. Set him up to be kick returner and punt returner. Ended up learning how to get alot of sacks, and jump routes and get ints. Ended up winning heisman my jr yr. was much more fulfilling at db than qb

Man playing FS is hard. No one wants to throw my way.

Usually if you throw in the middle of the field you are wide arse open, hence why nobody is throwing your way because you're in the middle of the field.

Yeah playing Safety sucks arse. If you play lockdown style...they will throw all over your teammates.
You have to mix and match. Blitz randomly on plays where you may not be designed to. Then bait and try to recover on plays to get the throw in your direction.
On D it is much easier to play LB or DE

I play as the kicker and then practice hard to become the starting punter as well. Won the Heisman my senior year for securing the sec championship game with a 38 yard pooch punt, downed inside the 5.

FS and just Blitz like crazy.

If you play end or OLB there is a way to get sacks like no other. All you have to do is fake outside and go back inside and you will get them like crazy. Lol. I find the defense more fun because it's more challenging (especially in the secondary as you have to really bait the qb for them to ever throw at you) QB and RB are always somewhat enjoyable. But get boring quickly
