I'd say cross-game chat and better in-game chat. More XBL gamers have mics (for better or for worse) but it is better than 80% of players just not having mics like PSN.

xbox makes u pay $5 a month so u feel like you are getting a better product.

So So true. Millions of people willingly pay $5 a month for inferior products with absolutely Zero value and never demand getting what PSN gives for free. What a bunch of tards ,huh?!

i'll still pay the $4 or so a month (they have deals all the time) but i dont pretend to have a difference in connection quality or experience while playing 360 vs. ps3
its the same experience except for controllers and if u need to message a friend, which i never do anyway... typing out messages on a controller is painful on both systems

Honestly, it is hard to pinpoint the exact reason that xbox live is better besides the fact that it is just an all around better product. Protection, connectivity, community, access, enjoyability. Try and think of something that PsN does better.
